The flywheel slicer Model G Sanitary Slicing Machine was produced between 1908 and 1914. The Sanitary Slicing Machine model G slicer uses blade of 300 mm diameter. The slicer is operated via an open flywheel with a particular design, with the writing "Sanitary slicer". The slicer has a 10-position slice thickness adjustment, located on the right side of the slicer carriage. The sharpener located in the upper part of the slicer was produced with a single sharpening stone. It was originally produced in red color and the metal parts are nickel-plated. The Sanitary Slicing Machine model G slicer requires a support of 500 mm. in Width – 500 mm. depth – having a total size of 570 mm. in height – 760 mm. in length – 670 mm. in width.
