The Sanitary Slicing Machine model G slicer uses blade of 300 mm diameter. The slicer is operated via an open flywheel with a particular design, with the writing \"Sanitary slicer\". The slicer has a 10-position slice thickness adjustment, located on the right side of the slicer carriage. The sharpener located in the upper part of the slicer was produced with a single sharpening stone. It was originally produced in red color and the metal parts are nickel-plated. The Sanitary Slicing Machine model G slicer requires a support of 500 mm. in Width \u2013 500 mm. depth \u2013 having a total size of 570 mm. in height \u2013 760 mm. in length \u2013 670 mm. in width. The flywheel slicer Sanitary Slicing Machine model G has a net weight of 90 kg. This slicer was placed directly on the benches where the meat was cut.
