Meat Slicer Berkel model A


The Flywheel slicer Berkel model A is' the first slicer built by Wilhelmus Adrianus van Berkel and patented in Germany (Deutsches Reichs Patent), as has happened in the very first models produced. The slicer Berkel model A uses a blade of 350 mm. in diameter - The slicer Berkel model A is 910 mm long. 830 mm wide. high 1,280 mm.- It needs a supportive space of 780 mm. x 675 mm. and is a single body with the pedestal .The endless screw which serves for the plate displacement where the product to be cut is is fixed placed in the central and lower part of the cart slicer .The slicer Berkel model A was produced without the sharpener and has an adjustment for hit the 8-position slice thickness fixed in the right side of body machine and it was produced only in red color and the metal parts are being originally nickeled. It is currently the rarest slicer produced by the Historic production of Rotterdam of Van Berkel's Patent, by many calling the number "One" and most sought after by the collectors of these unrivaled artwork that have become the dream In the drawer of many people around the world.
